There’s a blog I stumbled upon a couple months back that has slowly become one of my favorite reads everyday. The 9513 is a country music blog that has album reviews, editorial, news updates and is a general resource for staying current on all the aspects of country music.

Well today marks their 1st anniversary of publishing online and to celebrate they’re giving away 40 albums free to their readers. And Guess What? I actually am one of the winners! I never win stuff like this.

So just for reading their blog I am getting Josh Turner’s new album “Everything is Fine”.

Thanks to The 9513 for the gift. Even if I don’t always agree with the editorials or album reviews (see The Malec Minute: Why Miranda Lambert is Overrated) I do like the honesty in their opinions even when they know what they want to say won’t win over some mainstream readers.
